The Democratic presidential nomination seems all but a sure thing for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, but Bernie Sanders’ win in Indiana’s primary Tuesday has given his supporters in Guam some hope that the Vermont senator still has a chance before the party’s national convention.
Clinton currently is circling the nomination with a total of 1,700 pledged delegates and only needs 683 more. With a total 1,410 delegates so far, Sanders will have to pull off some major wins in the next 13 states, including Guam, which is holding its Democratic caucus Saturday, May 7.
